Youth Care & Beyond, Inc believes that children grow best in families.  Our group homes are organized and operated to run like a family.  We will
never replace a child’s family and that is not our desire, but we do desire to be an extended family to add support where it is needed.

We are always seeking employees to help our youth grow and offer two positions for group home staff: Family Model Coordinators and Family
Care Associates.

Our Family Model Coordinators are compassionate single or married person(s) who live in our homes with 8 boys or girls ages 10 to 19. Family
Care Associates work regular shifts to support Family Model Coordinators.  Hours are generally from 2-10:30 PM on weekdays (hours vary on
weekends), and overnight hours.
We do not have any current openings for Family Model Coordinators

Our Family Care Associates serve as supportive aunts or uncles helping out the family.  All family care staff work with our young people by
teaching social, independent living, and educational skills.  We teach pro social skills to replace inappropriate or maladaptive behaviors.
We do have current openings for Family Care Associates.

We offer support and training in our nationally recognized treatment program. Both the Family Model Coordinator and Family Care Associate
position are rewarding careers and offers the opportunity to enhance the lives of our young people now and throughout their lives.  Our young
people report learning skills that change them, keep them out of prisons, and makes them better members in their own families.
