Youth Care & Beyond, inc. is committed to providing quality care for every child and adult served. To simplify the process and to accelerate
the time frame for admissions, our admissions guidelines and forms are now available on our website.
The following items are required prior to placement:
Within five days of receiving all necessary paperwork (i.e. application, social history, school records, evaluations, etc), the Admissions
Coordinator will set up an interview for youth (interview and tour for adults) who are appropriate for our program.
Within two days of the interview, the Admissions Coordinator will compile the information and inform referring agencies of Youth Care &
Beyond’s decision.
At the time of notification, the Admissions Coordinator will either set a date for admission or provide written documentation of our acceptance
and the client's status on our waiting list. We understand the urgency of placement for those on our waiting list and work to get each
individual placed as soon as possible. At the time of the admission meeting adults are required to sign the lease agreement and pay the first
month's rent.
For our youth, when we receive notification of a potential opening we will contact the referring agency as early as two weeks to ensure there
is still a need for placement. The referring agency has 48 hours to accept the opening before we move to the next child on the waiting list.
The typical length of stay in our youth program is 3-6 months although some youth stay longer because their need is greater.
Adults remain in our program as long as they are safe, happy, and cooperating with the program.

- Social History (including school information & medical history)
- Psychological or psychiatric evaluation within one year (including intellectual functioning)
- Superintendent letter (Youth Only)
- Court order (if applicable)
